ADA has consolidated for two months and, during this time, has failed to break out of $1.35 three times. At each attempt, RSI had little room to grow and MACD had long crossed to positive.
This time, RSI is midrange and trending up, MACD is only just crossing positive, local support is available, and volume is picking up (despite ETH's rally).
I don't know the future, but I think this fourth time's the charm. GL!
