Bullish outlook ADT Inc (Mid-term)
Fundamentals
- Growth expectations look strong.
- EPS rises, in the time span of a year/quarter it looks good.
- Compared to where you would expect the price it's low compared where it's been.
- Year-over-year earnings expectations grew 100% coming month.
Technical
- Price smashed too hard making it a good risk/reward setup at the moment.
- Strong buyers earlier showed that there is trust in what I think is the possibility that it will come back to the 9 range. About 4.5 R/R with exit setup correctly.
- High volume stays away from now on because of -- I expect -- the lag of liquidity.
- If you see past price movements and what the price does when volume kick's in, compared to the bullish candle patterns with low volume I expect that when real volume hits in the 7.80-8 range will be reached quite easily.
Strategic
- With growing crime rates and uncertainty, poverty, and polarization I think this is a great investment. If not, it will be a major topic in the coming years because it's a big part of the conservative narrative that plays in on people's psychological xenophobia. This fear does trigger investments in gear provided by the company.
