Algo to $3

Hi guys im still I young pup in charting so go easy on me. Algo on the 4hr chart is forming a very nice tea cup and currently working on forming a cup handle. If it can break about $1.49 i can see it making a strong parabolic move to perhaps $3 as it would break its current resistance points. I can see it making a 80%+ move in next few days. What do you guys think?
