Daily chart may suggest a possible break above the descending trend line and temporary upside move, but over the long term there is a possible breakdown and sustained down-trend to continue provided price fails to push above $20.55 area towards $25 area to fill the gap that scenario seems very small and downside target $11 area more likely.
