ARPA Chain - Bear flag confirmation

On the above weekly chart price action has increased 200% since the year began. A few reasons now exist to be short. They include:

1) Price action and RSI support breakouts.

2) Price action confirms the 2nd bear flag with the *complete* weekly candle closing outside the flag.

3) The 2nd bear flag forecasts a 2 cent target / 50% correction from current levels.

4) A majority of tradingview.com ideas are long.

Is it possible price action continues higher? Sure.
Is it probable? no.

Don't know how or why some alts can look amazingly bullish and others... this next cycle is not going to be equal for alts.
