Classic divergence on rsi

I usually don't like indicators, but I think divergences on Rsi are intresting sometime.
To be honest I was looking for a good reason for a long position on the Monthly chart and maybe a new rebound on the green trend-line is also possible,but the last divergence on Rsi was a good short signal,why don't believe in the new one?
