Drawing lines like a noob or is something about to happen?

Ignoring the majority of H lines which are there for historical purposes, there appears to be a rather intriguing intersection approaching.

A significant trend in a certain direction? I don't know, not experienced enough but would love to hear thoughts and ideas on this one.
