This bank has been beat down for some time now. Maybe it's time for this stock to gain a good 6% plus this year for 2019. Not the best investment but if you want a safe bet that gets you in with Buffett around $25 a share and you'll be earning dividends too. Not recommended for Short position unless you get on a swing up to $32.
