BLDR: 7 year cup and handle break within 12 year saucer
Price on 1.2.06 was a high of 25.50. Highest close that month was 25.04
Price on 2.1.06 was a high of 25.00. Highest close that month was 23.71
Price on 1.1.18 was a high of 23.12
Cup from June '07 to mid-to-late '15. Increased volume towards the end of the cup, decreased volume on the handle. Handle from May '15 to March '17 until it started to consolidate. Consolidation period from March to August '17 trading in the $14-$16 range. Broke the consolidation phase on September '17. Up 43% since September '17 and is now approached the end of the cup for the 12 year long saucer.
Currently looking for either a break or consolidation phase at the 23.50-24.50 range within the coming months
