BNB - is this an inverted cup and handle?

Ive been watching this on the 4 hour for a while. The right side is slightly shorter than then left side, but the distance from the "top" of the cup to the bottom of the right lip is not small. Watching to see how this develops, but with the recent news and peoples tendency to use BNB as a stablecoin it may not play out naturally.

I redrew this more accurately. The momentum in the handle has now broken out of the trendlines. Volume is dropping off. Looking for the drop sometime before the end of the month.
Given myself a 25% margin of error, if it drops below ~39000 it has gone under the lip of the cup. That leaves about 4444 available as a maximum drop. I set laddered buy ins from 36000 - 35000.
Im not looking to short in crypto, just a good buy in. Hold with trailing stops.
Lets see what happens......
