BPCL has been in an consolidation range fpr the past few years and a month ago has given a multi-year breakout.The relative strength for 65 and 123 days has crossed the zero line which shows that the stock is beter performing than the index. The risk present is that prior to the breakout stock has appreciated to around 50% which shows that it is a littile risky to enter now.
