Why not take the trade now? You can, but waiting for price to break the previous high shows conviction from buyers. It increases your odds of having a winner. You can enter now and stop out if the down trend continues, but my preference is to wait for strength and increase my odds of having a winning trade. Good chance this thing continues up another day or two then wham, comes tumbling back to the previous low.
