Typically these formations break to the upside but I am just not feeling it with this formation. It "should" have broken to the upside if it was a descending triangle as they usually break up around 60-80% mark. Side note: this formation is forming inside a GIANT rising wedge which tend to break to the downside.

Looks like BTC.D has dipped below the long term trend line on the bottom of the rising wedge. Will it significantly fall?
