BTC domination has been moving in the downward channel for some time. Every time so far, after reaching the upper limit it starts to slide down which is good for our altcoins. In the present situation, two scenarios with a similar ending are possible.
The first domination will form a double peak and begin to decline.
The second will strongly disrupt the channel, but it will also start to fall. This fact may confirm the overheated RSI, which was beginning to decline earlier at these levels. Personally, I think now is the perfect time to enter alta.
