The distribution range would be confirmed when BTC makes a Sign of Weakness this is a range below support which does not penetrate in the trading range in this case it is an intraday range so you shouldn't be very accurate about the penetration allow some margin

Sorry but the if the quick recovery of the price is followed by a test bar with low volume (I mean a red candle with low volume) it would be indicative that we are in the phase c of a accumulation range. So very cautious here
