Watch the Weekly chart for an EMA12 cross down EMA26. It has happened 4 times in the past. The first and second times saw a short lived decline with a rather fast reversal. But the ones to focus on are:
- Week 25th Aug. 2014 EMA12 cross down EMA26.
For the following 20 weeks, Bitcoin declines in price 60% from 535 USD to 152 USD.
- Week 21st May 2018 EMA12 cross down EMA26.
For the following 30 weeks Bitcoin declines in price 62% from 8589 USD to 3122 USD.
If EMA12 crosses EMA26 down this time, chances are high that we'll see a drop towards the 3000 USD into first half of next year.
