WE HAVE 3 "IFS" HERE:
If price break 9.170 ish, then TP1 is almost guaranteed.
If it can't break TP1 (9.450), drop down to 8900 possible.
If we break TP1 (9.450) too, then say hi to 10.140.
My opinion: We will hit TP1, after then 50%-50% chance.
