BTC Heading towards 800 dollars?

Btc is weak, looking at the week chart you can see that the previous week candle was very bearish, stuck at the 100 ma. Now btc is about to form a reverse cup and handle pattern. the current U-shaped formation is quite telling of that. However, when btc bounces back, there are quite a few altcoins that look very bullish in relation to btc, like xrp and ethereum for example.
