What is trend trading?
Trend trading is similar to swing trading only that it is applied across the board even by scalpers.
A trader places a trade based on the trend therefore depending on only one side to reap profits, SELL OR BUY.
It is my argument that trading in itself, the actual execution of a trade requires a trader to bear in mind the trend or direction.
In most cases bullish or bearish terms are used, but when it comes to profitability the terms change to buy low, sell high, volumes and others, you get the gist.
While most traders base trades on trends, I argue that there is no short-term trend trading.
My dynamic shifts to focus on monthly trends, especially 2 weeks before the monthly candlestick closes, and on open.
If you are trader that focuses on trend trading it is my advise that one focuses on time-based trading. Look for trades at the beginning or almost end of the month.
