SCENARIO I.
A break out in the next few days or week will bring the bulls back on track for the original parabolic grow. 12.300 is a pretty hard resistance for the short term. If we can't break that, a small pull back will form a nice head and shoulders.
SCENARIO II.
Continuing sideways is still healthy and gives you the last opportunity to accumulate below 10.000 dollar. Back in the bull market, it will surge for a new parabolic move (less steep, more healthy but back on track for new highs).
SCENARIO III.
Bitcoin, other crypto's and Libra have fully attentions. Till now, politics are quite positive about crypto (not Libra). But regulation (in a positive way) still takes time and politician opinions can change even on weekly bases. In the most bearish scenario institutions wait longer to invest or even withdraw their positions.
