This concept is based on price rows. Matching price action with colored boxes to show tested and retested areas. It's a complicated idea but it involves how exchanges clear orders and or stay in sync regardless of individual exchange volume, OTC orders, and ask/bid action. Thats a huge task but can be simplified buy collectively running the same formulas and algos on the same platforms across exchanges.
