BTC/USD, will it break out of head and shoulders pattern ?

So Bitcoin got a hefty pump in less than 3 hours, few days back. This was no ordinary pump either. A Lot of shorts where liq, myself included. Stop limits where not filled and the rest is history. But will this pump sustain ? I think not, but I am not clairvoyant either so, just a heads up on the pattern and keep an eye on the res lvs.
