BTCUSD(D) Bitcoin broke Negative Volume Index! Trend reversal

Only once was the Negative Volume Index below EMA250. That was mid-2015, the last low point. Due to the current volume and price increase, the EMA250 was also broken. Compare the two grey fields in the chart. In my opinion, this is as a clear signal of a trend reversal.
