2 possibilities , it broke down from a descending triangle and will keep going down to 4.8 or so then grind to a halt or BTC oversold: price manipulation, or depressed market sentiment in south Korea caused an overreaction to the coin rail hack. The price slowly gets back on track and hits the fib point again in Nov then up!
