There are WAY to many Mt. Gox chart comparisons here on TV which likely means it isn't going to happen. Look at the overall BTC market cap and Mt.Gox "hack" at that time. Completely different then today. The equivalent today would have to be the top 5 exchanges all getting hacked simultaneously today. Comparing past events and patterns to what the future holds rarely (if ever) happens. While its interesting to see, there are so many differences in the price action, market participants and most importantly the market cap between 2014 and today.

This is well done. So, it looks like your assessment is that this is happening 4x as fast as the Mt. Gox ordeal?

@jopeindustries, Thanks for the compliment! No, that is not correct. I copied the fractal from 3/31/2014 to present day and pasted it on 4/13/2018 candle. The reason for this is that the present day crash started 13 days after the Mt. Gox crash (12/4/2014 vs. 12/17/2018).
So, this idea makes the following assumptions:
1. The present day crash will last as long as the Mt. Gox crash
2. The price will move in a similar manner in both crashes
3. The bull run that follows the present day crash will be just as glorious as the previous one
It should be noted that the current crash could move at a much higher rate than the previous one.
