HORIZONTAL LEVELS : The bear is in progress, however the bottom will be incoming sooner rather than later. I am looking for a 655 close on Quarterlies, and a diamond bottom on 4 hr to confirm reversal. If we close below 652, we will see a large continuation of bearishness. Anything above 682 close will bring us a slow bull rally.
