Whenever the price reaches the boundaries of the red or blue channels, if the price interacts near the channel line, the price is expected to bounce from that area. If the trend is down, the price is expected to at least correct and then resume the trend, and if the trend is up, the price is expected to at least correct and then resume the trend.
