A symmetrical triangle for 
BTCUSDT has been forming since November 2017. You can see it has the textbook characteristics (3 high points, 3 low points), and a breakout on April 13, 2018. There are two targets: one at $21,000 and one at $22,000. It's difficult to determine when these targets will be reached, but I am forecasting by mid July, possibly within a month later.
