Bitcoin price pushed strongly through the target line.Why did it happen? because there was no volume to support price hike. Volume dropped dramatically from 24th March comparing to its previous average. And, never reclaimed the same volume level up until today.
As outlined above, the price target is now sitting at POC where it belongs to :)
