Last weeks low: $94,093.81
Midpoint: $96,458.84

Not a whole lot to comment on for this weekly outlook, we had a tighter weekly range last week (4K instead of 11K) however the midpoints were both 96K and both weeks started at their respective midpoints. For me this suggests a coiling of bitcoins price with anticipation for a larger move in a given direction, this could be either bullish or bearish we are yet to see.

Since last weeks CPI inflation print of a hotter than forecast 3.0%, a dollar that is finally rolling over and tariffs put on hold until April 1st, these factors should all play into the hands of the bulls but the chart needs to reflect this.

For this week I am anticipating more chop, if the pattern of tightening weekly ranges continues with no real idea of direction then the opportunity for credible trades reduces until we get an idea of trend direction. Right now there is no trend direction and so bitcoin should be treated as such.
Altcoins continue to suffer across the board and IMO this will not change until we see a bullish move in BTC. This environment is for short term traders as it stands.

Double tap on the 0.25 line, sentiment is so bad across the entire market right now with the Solana scams and general disappointment in altcoin performance.

I can't see any reason why the chop will stop this week, the midpoint needs to be reclaimed if there is any hope but the catalyst for that does not exist currently.

BTC breaks above the midpoint for the first time this week, major resistance on the LTF at $97,650 (0.75 line).

SFP of the 0.75 line as NY open sells-off once again. Seems to happen every day at the moment and kills any potential momentum bitcoin is building. The chop continues until America stops selling the open with such aggression.

Weekly high hit after the weekly low SFP. This structure has played out many times in the past few weeks during this period of chop.

Also worth noting the daily close was above the 4H 200 EMA which is a big win for the bulls.

BTBIT hot wallet hacked for 1.5B worth of ETH, completely wiping out any progress made in the last 24 hours and will probably continue to fall. Stay safe

A very strange week as a whole in crypto and for BTC,. The biggest hack in crypto history takes places as 1.4B worth of ETH is stolen from BYBIT leaves BTC almost exactly where it started the week, double SFP at both weekly low and weekly high.

Sentiment around the space has not felt s low as this n quite some time, should be interesting to see what happens next week.
