technically, its still a bear flag and can be traded as one
bulls would have to setup a bear trap, or maybe bears will create bull trap.
Bitcoin is getting toppy. Im anticipating a solidd 5k-8k dump sooner or later, should find support around 31k area, from there I beleive alts will party and btc will retest the high to conclude the bullish rally and start another bar leg down
time will tell
