BTC crash imminent - no, really

I keep seeing people talk about the BTC price consolidating.
It's not consolidating.
We're seeing a series of lower highs and lower low's, and there's really not much support until we hit 44k.
Next buying range is between 38k and 44k in my opinion.

ETH is looking a little stronger; it wont fall as far, but BTC looks really weak here....
