Trader psychology remains same. And here is perfect example from last few weeks. Red arrows depict large dumps and green arrows for reversal points. It is possible that bitcoin going to reverse from this price. Only resistaces are 59700 and 62500. If we overcome these then we’ll see another bullish rally.
