BYOC Anticipates an update very soon on the closing of its first acquisition business model, audited fins, and uplistment within the next couple months. In addition several more acquisitions are reported to be in the works for the next fiscal year or more in addition to a possible uplistment to the NASDAQ once everything is completed.
