This pattern is considered to be bearish, but when it can break up, it can break up very hard.
Are we seeing a fake out and will price fall back inside to be bearish? Or can this level hold and explode?
If we break up, there are 2 targets imo.

looking at ICX, it had kinda the same pattern, and it did explode to the upside. Can C98 do the same?
