C98 is an interesting new project, having attracted quite a lot of attention since its release.
The chart shows the key level of $4.5, through which the price has not yet managed to pass. But at the same time, we can see that the price is making higher lows. This is a good signal for a breakout and continuation of the rise. In case of a breakout or a retest key level, there could be a good buying opportunity.
