CAT: Sell Signals, Part 2, Bearish Alt Pattern Completed
39
This is part two for CAT. In part one we highlighted a five wave (and a-b-c corrective wave) harmonic pattern. In the above chart I am showing you a completed bearish Alt Bat pattern. Both parts one and two are in the same time horizon. I am trying to illustrate different ways of constructing harmonic patterns. Elliott waves can be of short, intermediate, and longer range time durations. The point I am trying to make is there are many negative indicators currently in effect for CAT. In my opinion, this stock is heading lower. I would like to close with a quote from Mark Twain: “If you don't read the newspaper, you're uninformed. If you read the newspaper, you're mis-informed.” I hope this has been entertaining, helpful, and informative. I hope all of your trades go well. Don.
