As you can see on the 15M chart, the CL is trying to go up but it has to break that important resistance area in order to keep its way to the top. If it breaks that resistance area you should buy the market.
On the other hand, if the market reverses now, it has to break that support area in order to keep its way down, in that case you should sell the market.
