$CLIS Acquires Nebula Software Corp - Developers of HeyPal(TM)

CLIS Clickstream has been on a tear getting their software and applications ready for next year today announced the acquisition of Nebula Software Corp.

Terms of the deal included Clickstream Corp. (OTC Pink:CLIS) providing a $350,000 Secured Loan to $GOOOD for $GOOOD to acquire 96.5% of VegasWINNERS, Inc. and in return, CLIS purchased an option to acquire 14,901,200 of the current outstanding $GOOOD shares of 17,842,925 common stock (which are currently trading at .185) for $175,000

This is the first major deal that should be an eye opener for some here from Mid August. CLIS currently trading at .0225 has the option to purchase up to 84% of a company trading at 600% the current CLIS price for $175,000. The companies are managed by some of the same directors who have a very good history of moving tickers with established businesses. Both of which are bringing in substantial revenue.
