Please explain the Chipotle valuation with a straight face. Doing some quick googles.. 120 burritos per hour, 1,320 burritos a day sold out of 2245 location nation wide. Approximately, $13k daily in gross profit. The profit margin on a burrito I imagine can't be more than 5 dollars. Net profit of 6.6kish daily? 2.4ish mil net yearly on the menu item of a burrito per location.
Operating cost of 200ish million? Net income 172 million? Seems like some locations aren't pulling their weight?
