There are roughly 45 million shares of coinbase sold short right now, average daily volume appears to be 300k shares. Good luck closing your shorts boys.
Prisoner dilemma in effect. Shorts should all co-operate, but instead they will look out for their own best interest. the ones to close first will lose the least, and this will cascade into an epic squeeze.
