The president is supposed to speak tomorrow
CNBC reported that he will announce stricter regulations on Oil and Gas.

Oil and Gas stocks have been running lately and this may cause some pull back.

Trend: CVX has timeframe cont of 2-1-possible 2 to downside if news plays out.
this shows from 4 hrs - Monthly of 2-1- setups.

Trend on 1hr chart already shows 2-1-2 down.
