Decred has performed very well this year, however, it has been in a long consolidation period over the last few weeks and looks ready for a breakout. Target of local high, and potential movements based on past pumps outlined, (market may be slower this time round with the much bigger marketcap).
Note that there is low volume on Decred the majority of the time as the spikes up are often market buys. I do believe the volume will come eventually, and the fundamentals are in place for Decred to have a good year; new privacy feature in the coming months, roadmap set out with lightning network integration a priority, and the voting mechanism that gives Decred the governance edge has been implemented in the last week or so, with the choice of lightning network being the first proposal.
Set your stops if you feel it appropriate to do so - I personally am riding this out without stops and will sell on pumps (and potentially buy more on the dips, whilst the alt bull environment remains intact).
