I am neutral until we break out of the triangle. Vol. declining

I am really liking the looks of this trade. We could break in either direction, but volume has been declining so I'd expect a big pop in either direction. I'd rather see it move bullishly as it is the path of least resistance. A close above 65.15 should lead us up to 67.90 and then some.
