Rejected by the downtrend. It will need further confirmation but from the looks of it RIGHT NOW it will retrace to 24-22k if it is a minor retracement, 19k or more if it is major retracement.
Gonna be interesting how it plays out, looks like it will drag down the S&P 0.26% .
