DOWI ( PUBLISHED ON REQUEST)

I don't trade the DOWI, but was asked to share my views. This is how I would trade it if I were . I don't like to trade against the trend, not because you can't win a trade or two (with luck) but because corrective moves are sometimes very complex which means, you can get an expending flat it will go down some then comeback take you out before it goes dowm again (watch the first correction ), or it will take very long to go.
Impulse gives better risk to reward (1-3 and up) and they move fast so you are out of risk very fast. I do keep trade for long time, while they make lower degree consolidations and impulses, if I am in for the higher degree Impulse.
So depends on what type of trader you are or your understanding of structure you would go with the trend or trade the correction.
