Possible Russell 2000/ Dow Jones divergence is in progress!!!
i expect the DOW to hit new all time highs,
maybe also S&P 500 and NASDAQ 100...not sure.
while i expect the russell 2000 not to make new highs.
so watch out for this scenario,
as the russell 2000 is very often the forerunner of the Dow
