Bullish Divergence on DOGE and Fib respect

This project is a weird one... Looks like the most epic pump and dump coin for the most part but it has been making higher lows and they are building things so who knows. I have no hate or admiration at this point but either way is money to be made off this one for sure. Not sure if now is the time to buy but I think its a good time to watch. It's also breaking at the fib line
