I see others posting about the DOGE:USD bullish pennant, but I don't think that is what we are looking at here. I see the pennant, but my MACD indicates that we should be selling, not buying. I think when we break out, it is headed down. I am targeting 0.025-0.020. Probably closer to 0.020.
