Cup and handle?

Dogecoin is currently forming a cup and handle pattern on the hourly. In my opinion, the handle is not finished yet. If we see a successful retest of the 50 or 100 MA this might indicate that the pattern is complete. However, note that the RSI on the daily is very high and might limit (or even erase) the effect of a completed cup and handle.
